Little Chance owes his life to "chance". He was found as a stray and taken to the pound where, under NC law he could have been immediately killed. (NC allows sick, injured or blind animals to be immediately euthanized) But lucky for Chance he landed at the Wake County Animal Control center. They have some wonderful people there that do everything possible to not have to kill the animals.
Wake County called us, we said yes. They contacted Joan, who is a foster home for them and for us and Joan went and got him. A nice lady named Lorraine and her 2 friends live in Raleigh and were coming to visit us a few days later so we asked if he could catch a ride with them. They said yes... :) So you can see, took lots of things falling in place for Chance to have a chance.
Chance is a super friendly little fellow who loves humans :)
