Hermes was found by a gentleman that could not keep him safe inside. He really liked the little guy and knew that being blind, he couldn't stay outside so he looked for a safe place for him to be. He contacted other shelters and they said they would euthanize him because he was blind. He contacted us and we had him take him straight to our vet to have a check up.
Our vet says he is approx 14 weeks old (Aug 2009) and in pretty good health. He was treated for worms & ear mites, got his first shots and also got neutered.
Hermes is a super sweet fellow who is full of purrs. He is very calm but also likes to play. He will come up to your legs, puts his paws on your leg ever so gentley without using his claws and ask to be picked up. He gets along well with everyone else.
