Kiely was rescued by a small rescue from the Miami Dade Animal Control center before she was euthanized.  To their horror,  she tested  FELV+

Most small rescues do not have a facility,  they use foster homes to house their animals. FELV+ animals tie up a space that now can not be used to save adoptable animals.  And sadly for FELV+ animals, there are not many homes out there for them.   They had to find a place and fast for her or make a heart breaking decision.

They had her and her brother flown to us.   They are super super sweet crazy kittens.     Sadly, her brother passed away a few weeks later of FIP.
