Little Snicker came to us from the Cumberland County Animal Control Center in Cumberland County.  This pound euthanizes over 11,000 animals per year so you can see how lucky he is to have made it out alive.  He was very lucky to have some nice ladies working there that liked his friendly personality and went the extra mile to find a place for him instead of euthanizing him.   He is super super friendly.
