2009 Molly, (named for Good Golly Miss Molly, because she never stops talking) was dropped off at a vets office in a near by town. They contacted our rescue and asked if we would take her and they vetted her out for us. She is a very friendly little girl who loves to be in your lap and kneeds and purrs like crazy. 11/09 Recently she had had a problem with eye infections. We had the vet remove her eyes and sew them closed. She is doing just fine :) 10/10 Poor Molly has been having a heck of a time with stomatitis, we have tried so many medicines, and nothing that can get it under control. The vet recommended we remove her teeth to finally get her relief. She is doing great, loves eating canned food.

Sponsored by Sherri - Thank you! 1/13/2021 Sweet Molly came to us 12 years ago after being found taped in a box outside a vet's office.    Through the years she has had health issues.  We had to remove her eyes,  she had a full mouth extraction because she had such bad stomatitis.  For the last few years, she has struggled with chronic pancreatitis and kidney disease.    She has been back and forth to the vet's office numerous times.  Ultrasounds, tons of meds, fluids every day, etc etc etc.    She has been steadily losing weight,  barely eating no matter what we tried,  ( appetite stimulants, force-feeding, treats, toppings, etc.)  At some point, you have to ask, does she have quality of life?  The staff and I all felt that we could no longer answer that yes.  it was time to love her enough to let her go.  We felt that she was suffering.   Yesterday afternoon and this morning everyone spent some extra time with and said their goodbyes, then she and I made the last trip to the vet's office.  I held her in my arms as she went over the rainbow bridge. She was a very sweet little girl, who loved to sit in your lap, purred like crazy and never stopped talking to you.  She loved to sleep with the boys and was curled up with Skipper this morning.   She will be missed by all that were lucky enough to be loved by her.
