Callie was rescued in Los Angeles by a lady who saw some kids tormenting a kitten. They had taken a stick and poked her eyes out. She rushed her to the vet and then searched for a rescue or shelter that could take her. We were contacted and asked if we would take her. After hearing her horrifying story, we of course said Yes!
When she first got here she would bite first and ask questions later. Who could blame her?? Now she is a love bug, loves to sit in your lap and be loved on. She knows she is safe and loved now.
