from a rescue who does TNR. She was trapped with 6
other FELV+ babies. Sadly 5 of them passed away early
and 1 the rescue was able to find an adoptive home for.
The rest needed a place to go, they had tied up foster home
for months waiting and reality is, kitten season will be
starting soon and they need the foster home available.
She is a fun friendly little girl who is busy busy busy.
Belle
2/9/2023 When Belle came to us we knew that her time was going
to be short with us. The leukemia levels in her blood were very
high and for a young kitten, that is never good.
We took her to the vet yesterday because she was running a fever
and obviously did not feel good. Her blood work was so bad that
we knew for her we had reached the end. The vets and I discussed
options but we knew that treatment would be torture for her and it
was absolutely not going to change our outcome. We decided to let
her go on a good day before she was severely suffering. Sam held
her at the end in her arms as she went over the rainbow bridge.
She was a fun, sweet playful kitten who would raise and chase toys.
We wish we had more time to know her, She will be missed very
much by us and her siblings.
