This sweet blind girl was dumped in a neighborhood and left to fend for herself. For a blind cat, suddenly being abandoned in an unfamiliar place is especially frightening. Without being able to see her surroundings, Kelly had no idea where she was, where to find safety, or who she could trust. Thankfully, a kind couple found Kelly and opened their home to her. They made sure she was safe and cared for, but when they were preparing to move, they knew Kelly needed a permanent place where she would never have to worry about being abandoned again. Kelly is up to date on her vaccinations and is being spayed on September 9, 2026. We have also discovered that she has some issues with her mouth that will need to be addressed, so we’ll be working with our veterinarian to determine exactly what she needs and get her feeling her best. Through everything, Kelly has shown us just how resilient these incredible cats can be. Her past may have included being left behind, but that is not how her story will end. Kelly now has a forever home where being blind doesn’t make her unwanted or disposable. It simply makes her one of us. Welcome home, sweet Kelly. You’re safe now.
