FeLV+Gender: FemaleApproximate age:Arrived From: GeorgiaArrival Day: August 2018Morticia is a leukemia positive cat who came from Georgia with two other cats. They had been placed in a foster home after being rescued, which was great until the fosterer was losing their home and alerted the rescue. They had no room for them and had made an appointment to euthanize all three cats them. The foster parent loved these cats so much and called is in a last-minute for their lives. We were so glad we could help! She drove all three cats six hours to get them to us. When she arrived, Morticia was understandably frightened but a very sweet girl. We had her damaged eye removed and later, due to some other complications, her other eye was removed. Today, Morticia is a lively, talkative and opinionated cat who will let you know if something is on her mind! She’s also known for being a hairdresser! She’s a wonderful cat and we’re so happy she is at BCR! You might see Morticia having a talk with someone on our live 24-hour cameras in House 2 , Room 4. HERE
