Orange
FeLV+Gender: MaleApproximate age: 2 years (as of 2025)Arrived From: Greenville,North CrolinaArrival Day: September 2023Orange and his two siblings came to us from Eastern NC and all three are FeLV+. Acommunity cat colony caretaker was working on TNR and took in a litter of fluffy orange kittens. When three tested positive, she knew they couldn’t go back to the colony and that they needed a safe forever home. This amazing woman got all three kittens fixed and up to date on their shots and even nursed them back to health from an upperrespiratory infection they all had. Then, she and her friend then drove a little over two hours to get all three babies to us. We are very happy that we were able to take them in and, in return, make more space for her to continue fostering. Orange is the brave one of the three. He quickly has made himself at home and loves playing with the staff’sankles and as well as the actual toys in the room. He has that strange orange-catbehavior of running sideways all around the room. You can watch him and his crazy siblings in House 2, Room 4. You can watch him live HERE
