Entries are $10. each, or buy 4 and 1 bonus so you get 5 for $40. You may purchase as many as you would like. You must be 18 years
old or older to participate.
Raffle begins at 12:01 a.m. EST 10/01/2023 and ends at 11:59 pm EST 11/09/2023 Odds of winning depend on number of eligible
entries received. Subject to full official rules. Void where prohibited or restricted.
Eligible countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico,
Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA
Drawing will be held at the shelter at 1:30 pm EST on 11/11/2023 and will be broadcast live on Facebook.
Results will be posted on the website within 72 hours of the drawing. Winners will be also be posted to our Facebook page. If 500
entries are not sold, the raffle will be canceled and all monies returned. Prizes will be awarded in the order they are listed on the prize page.
Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, & Discover. Paypal is NOT used because it is against their TOS. You may mail a check
to purchase entry numbers. Make sure your check has a note stating it is for the raffle, how many entries you want and include your
email address. All checks must be received by 11/07/2023 or they will NOT be eligible.

Your email address IS Required. After you purchase your raffle entry you will be emailed within 48 hours with your entry numbers.
You Do not need to be present to win.
There is no substitution of prizes. No cash will be given. If you decline a prize another number will be picked and awarded to that person.
If the prize is no longer available we will try to replace it with something that is as close to the original prize and equal value. We will
communicate with you about it :)
Prizes: If you live outside of the USA and win a prize you will be sent your prize from Amazon in your country. If it is not available or
if we are unable to purchase it you will be sent a gift card for your Amazon The amount of the gift card will be based upon the item
cost on the USA Amazon site. In other words, if the cost of the prize is $20 and your currency is pounds, you will receive 12.22 pounds,
the currency amount will depend on the day the card is being sent international currency rate. This is only for people outside of the US.
Selection and Notification: The winning entries will be selected randomly from all valid entries received. The selection is final. The
potential winners will be notified by email within 5 days after the prize drawing based on the information provided on the entry form.
At the sole discretion of sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following:
1. potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within seven (7) business days after its transmission. 2. The return of an email
notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts. 3. The return of the prize as undeliverable. Each prize number picked wins a
prize so a person that has bought multiple entries has the real the potential to win multiple prizes. A random number generator is being
used to pick the prize number, there is the potential that the same number may be generated more than once. If the number comes up
twice it will not be awarded a second prize, another number will be generated for the prize.
Consent and Release: Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Blind Cat Rescue to announce the winner’s name for
promotional purposes without further compensation and presentation of any and all prizes shall be contingent upon submission of
written consent from the winner as to such use. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and release
Blind Cat Rescue from any claims and/or liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winner assume all
liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this raffle or use or misuse of the prize. By
participating entrants agree that any dispute related to this raffle shall be litigated only in courts in Robeson County, NC. The entrant
agrees to pay all legal expenses. By participating in this contest, entrants understand and agree (and agree to confirm in writing by
purchasing an entry) to abide to these official rules which are final and binding and the decisions of sponsor with all respect to all aspects
of the contest which are final.
