2012 Izzy came to us from the Cumberland County Animal Control Center (a HIGH kill shelter) Shewas very lucky that they have some very good ACO that try to find a rescue for the animals when ever possible. (NC law states they may immediately euthanize any animal that is sick, injured or blind)She is a very friendly playful girl.
