BlindGender: FemaleApproximate age:Arrived From: Bladen County, NCArrival Day: 2012Pixie was a tiny kitten when some kind folks at the Bladen County Animal Control Center (a high-kill shelter) rescued her and she came right to us. She was a tiny sweet girl who endeared herself to everyone right away. From the start Pixie has been very playful, energetic and a champion wheel runner. She’s now a senior kitty who still has her little wrinkled nose, loves to find empty laps to sit in and to cuddle with her roommates. Pixie’s blindness has never stopped her from doing all the fun things catsdo – even bird “watching!” You can see Pixie on our live 24-hour cameras in House 2, Room 3.You can watch HERE.
