Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary is a life time care sanctuary for blind, FIV & Leukemia positive cats. Started in 2005 the cats were rescued from high-kill animal control facilities and rescues where they were to be euthanized because they are blind or tested positive for FIV & feline leukemia. Without BCR, they would not be alive and able to demonstrate for the global audience that they can be loving family pets. We care for the cats that nobody wanted. Because of your help they were not euthanized. We are committed to educating the public about cats like this and their ability to be loving family pets and to providing a strong community spay and neuter program to help reduce the number of cats in shelters.
