That info is downloaded to our computer and stored for 2 years on Dropbox. The file on GoDaddy is destroyed forever in January when we close out our store with them. If you mail us a check, Thank you so much!! A copy is made with the cop machine and saved with the rest of the bank deposit info. These copies are saved in folders each month in a large tub kept in the closet of the office. The information is entered into Quickbooks Accounting Software. Once a year the big tub with the whole years receipts etc go to the accountant for a full audit of the books and for our taxes to be prepared. The CPA may look at the deposit copies, if he needs to verify something but I sincerely doubt they do. The tub comes home, goes into the storage room to never be seen again. With the IRS you never know how long you should keep records so we have them for the last 10 years. COOKIE POLICY: Our website has ZERO cookies, no 3rd party cookies, no cookies at all except the oreos in the kitchen that I am not supposed to eat (smile) We do not collect or share your info with anyone for any reason.
