Joy
11/23/2014
Sweet Joy is approx 1 year old and FELV+. The original email to us said she came from a farm but was now in a foster home. Our guess because she is ear tipped she was trapped with other feral’s and because she tested positive they did not release her. Because she tested FELV+ she was living her life in a cage. They also said she was very shy. She is a very friendly cat, loves to be held. Needs to put some weight on. She seems to do ok with the other cats, is very quiet. 1/13/2015 Joy has been very ill since the start. She has had severe anemia. It has been a long drawn out ordeal with her being so sick. If you go to our blog, you will see her blood tests, x-rays etc. In the end leukemia alway wins. She was so so sweet, and will be missed.
