BlindGender: FemaleApproximate age: 9 years oldArrived From: North CarolinaArrival Day: April 2015Pebble ‘s life took a while to settle down. When she was trapped as a kitten by a group that does TNR, she was already blind from an upper respiratory infection. She went into a foster home and we worked with the group to help find a permanent home for her. They didn’t want to put Pebble through being transported to another state so they looked at a few inquiries in North Carolina, but didn’t find any that they were totally sure of. Pebble did go to one home but was returned in less than 36 hours. Because of illness in the foster family, they really needed a good safe place for Pebble to go. We were so happy to be that place for Pebble! She is a super sweet girl who loves attention! Pebble is low-key but everyone gives her tons of attention and love! You may see her 24-hours a day on our live cameras in House 2, Room 2.You can watch HERE.
