BOB
7/2015 Bob came to us from the same shelter that Sargent came from. They are
an open admission shelter in Tennessee that is doing everything possible to be
a no-kill shelter. They have a dedicated director and volunteers that go really
out of their way to save lives. They drove him almost 7 hours to bring him to
us. We salute them!
Bob is leukemia positive. (FELV+) He is a big friendly fellow. He likes other cats
and immediately fit in well with the others. We are very happy to have
him join our family.

2/2016 Bob has been struggling with his health. He has been spiking high fevers &
been hospitalized several . Large dosage of steroids are the only thing that is keeping his fever
under control. The down side of steroids is it is causing him to be diabetic.
He patiently allows us to check his BGL twice a day and administer insulin.
10/8/2016 Bob has struggled with is health for 8 months,
today he clearly said enough. He was in pain, his legs
swollen and his eyes exhausted. It was time
to let him go. We were bless to have known him
for a little over a year. He will be missed.
