Domino
2011 Domino is a sweet crazy kitten that was turned into Wake County Animal Control as a stray with his brother Checker. Not only were they sick but Animal Control tested them and they both tested FIV+ . They were lucky to be at a good animal control center because instead of immediately euthanizing them, which is standard for most sick FIV+ animals in animal control centers, they contacted us. They both now test FIV/FELV+ They are friendly crazy little fellows. You can watch them live on Ustream on Sunday and 24 hours a day on his MeShare Camera 2015 Checker is struggling with his health. He has developed diabetes and is now insulin dependent. 9/15/2016 Domino has been struggling for the last year with cancer. In the last few months he has begun losing weight and his health has continued to deteriorate. Today he clearly said enough, it was time to let him go. He was such a fun friendly fellow who loved to cuddle with his cat buddies. He will be missed by all. Sponsored by Tabbie Sanchas - Thank you!! Sponsored by Dennis - Thank you! Sponsored by Christina in honor of Luci & Don who have rescued many healthy and sick cats - Thank you! Sponsored by Sarah - Thank you!
